If you choose the bundle with the Applique Newborn Welcome Pennant, please leave a note in the customer notes/comments box stating what type of fabric you'd like.

All Milestone Cards and designs are created and stitched by Petite Petal Embroidery Atelier, and are hand-made to order. Additional designs may be requested via our custom order form.
